Business-in-a-Box, by BizTree Inc is a complete set of both legal and business-related forms that you can use for your business. Unlike some similar products I've seen, Business-in-a-Box files can be edited with Microsoft Word or OpenOffice. If you're just starting a new business this product can save you money by giving you a lot of the basic documents that are needed with a new business. In working with the product I liked the fact that all the templates are formatted so they look professional as well as being easy-to-use. With many of the documents you basically just fill in the appropriate blanks with your information and you've got a customized document that looks like it was designed specifically for your company. I'm not talking a few templates here I'm talking about over 1,200. The contents of Business-in-a-Box give you a running head start for getting your new business off the ground. So, if you're starting a new business take the time to look at Business-in-a-Box. It just may be the solution you need.

Safe AutoLogon, by WM Software Corp is an interesting utility that can automatically log you on to your PC. This is a cool feature when your computer is turned on or if it's restarting after a power outage. If you've ever had a backup be skipped because your computer had restarted and was sitting at the login prompt, you'll appreciate this program. In this case your password is safely encrypted so it can't be accessed by anyone. Another cool feature of the program is that once the logon has been accomplished you can have a program run and automatically have your desktop locked! What a cool idea. So, for example, you can set it up so that if your computer restarts, Safe AutoLogon logs you in, your backup program starts, and then your desktop is secured. In this way no one can interrupt your backup. The program is really intuitive and easy-to-use, perfect for users with all levels of experience. If you're running Safe AutoLogon on multiple machines you can use the Safe AutoLogon Management Console and manage all of your PCs at the same time. This is a cool solution for anyone who has programs that need you to be logged in before they can run. Now, with Safe AutoLogon, you can be logged in and your PC can still be secured. Check it out.

Noromis PhotoLab, by Noromis is a nifty program for working with your digital photos. The program is easy-to-use and perfect for both new and experienced users. It can pull you photos right from your digital camera, which some photo programs can't do. If you want you can have the program fix your photos for you. It's really kind of cool to watch. In testing it out I used a whole folder of photos, selected them, and then told Noromis PhotoLab to fix them up. It went in an adjusted the contrast, the color balance, the exposure, and more. If you don't like the results you can always undo the most recent changes. Another cool feature is that all of your original images are kept just they way they were. This is good for a couple of reasons. First is that you have a backup, but secondly is that you can see what a good job Noromis PhotoLab did on your photos. The program also keeps a "fix history" which is a really cool feature. This saves every change you make to a photo and it saves each change by itself. What's cool about that is that it lets you "undo" changes in any order. So, for example, say you increased the contrast, lowered the brightness, cropped a photo, and made three other alterations. You can go back and just reverse the brightness change. Slick. Noromis PhotoLab can also print out all your photos and it can print them out suitable for framing. This is a software program that's nicely done. It's easy-to-use and it does a great job. So, if you've got photos you need to fiddle with check out Noromis PhotoLab - it's the perfect solution.

IncrediMail, by IncrediMail Ltd. is an email program that's got a lot of flash and pizazz. No one can say that IncrediMail is another, dull email client, in fact, just the opposite. With this program your email takes on a life of its own. You can pick from a huge number of backgrounds that give your emails a unique "look." You can choose a stylish font and put in emoticons that are actually animated. It's really kind of fun. On top of that you can choose from a number of ways to be notified when you have incoming email. My favorite is a butler-like character that walks out onto the screen and says in a British accent, "You have mail, sir." Fun! With IncrediMail you can also have signatures that appear like they're handwritten, 3D effects, great sound effects, and more. The entire program is centered around having fun with your email. In testing it out, however, I found that IncrediMail is a solid email client. It has all the standard email features you'd expect and it has some nice extras. If you need to put the program on another PC, for example, IncrediMail gives you an easy way to transfer all of your contacts and messages. I wish more email programs had a feature like that. Overall, IncrediMail gives you a solid email performance that's also a lot of fun. So, if you'd like a little more fun in your email take a look at IncrediMail, I think it's what you're looking for.
